This is the main regulating document. It sets forth the rules of trading, order execution, deposits and withdrawals and other legal regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in strict compliance with the User Agreement. Our Customer Care Department is here to answer your questions regarding the User Agreement. You failure to read and understand the document is solely your responsibility. Under no circumstances is Finzo Markets International Ltd liable for it. By opening a real account at Finzo Markets International Ltd you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the User Agreement.
Risk Notice

AML Policy
The Anti-Money Laundering Policy applied by Finzo Markets International Ltd is aimed at preventing money laundering and illegal financial activities. Finzo Markets International Ltd is very concerned about funds security and compliance with legislation. Therefore it is highly recommended that you read and understand the AML Policy. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to governing bodies in compliance with international financial legislation.

Introducing Broker Agreement

This Agreement sets forth the rules for IBs, explains IB commission and payouts, stages of the IB program and other aspects of Introducing Broker activity. Finzo Markets is the trading name of Finzo Markets International Ltd.
Legal : Finzo Markets is incorporated as an International Business Company in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with the registration number 25993 BC 2020. The objects of the Company are all subject matters not forbidden by International Business Companies (Amendment and Consolidation) Act, Chapter 149 of the Revised Laws, 2009, in particular but not exclusively all commercial, financial, lending, borrowing, trading, service activities and the participation in other enterprises as well as to provide brokerage, training and managed account services in currencies ,commodities, indexes, CFDs and leveraged financial instruments.
